* Dream Theater is an American Progressive Metal Band. This band is the ultimate leader of the progressive metal movement. They created a music which is composed of metal and jazz base.
* It is formed in Massachusetts in 1985 by John Petrucci (guitarist) and John Myung (bassist) and Mike Portnoy (drummer) while they are studying music in Berklee. After their first album, their success was realised soon and they became famous.
